The App allows you to securely store copies of your notes and documents. These copies can be created using the device’s camera or by drag and drop from the device’s file system.The documents can be stored on your devices hard disk (the default) or you can store within the Google Drive system (temporarily withdrawn). NB You may decide to use Google Drive for some documents so that they are not taking up space on your phone’s hard disk. Google Drive, as at July 2022, provides 15GB of space free of charge, enough for thousands of documents. Your phones hard disk is typically much smaller, but you should still be able to store 100’s of documents on your phone with no real impact on its performance. You can always change the status of a document from local phone storage to Google Drive storage at a later date.All documents are encrypted using your own encryption code. The App also has facilities to allow:· Set up your own Document Categories and your methods of indexing these Categories. You can set up as many Categories as you require.· Allow your documents to be linked to events. If you want the phone to remind you to do something linked to a document, then set up the reminder and the App will eMail you, or Notify you, with a reminder at the appropriate time.
